A medium sized dog that was originally bred for hunting. Early Weimaraners were used by royalty for hunting large game such as boar, bear and deer.

The Weimaraner is an all-purpose gundog now favoured for hunting fowl & deer.

The true silver-grey coat of the Weimaraner has earned it the epithet of the “Grey Ghost”
